Brandy Stith, MA, LAC

Hi, my name is Brandy!

Finding our way in life can be challenging, nerve-racking, even difficult — to say the least. It takes courage to invite someone else to join us on our journey. I view your willingness to allow me in your world to be a gift. Whether you are continuing on your path to seek help or just beginning, therapy is an intimate process where we will cultivate a genuine and healthy relationship to foster your healing and self-discovery.

Within the framework of EMDR therapy, my approach will draw from additional supportive modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness to help you get the most out of our time together. I am committed to building relationships and fostering inclusive collaboration with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC populations. I enjoy working with various age groups, particularly teens and young adults. Whether you’re struggling with the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, perinatal mental health, loneliness, confidence, self-love, self-care, life transitions, school stress, etc. – I’m here to support you.

Everyone goes through challenging, life-changing events, but you don’t have to go through them alone. Unplanned events happen all throughout life that might shake up our world, making it hard for us to adjust. Together, we will explore the beauty of unplanned events and embark on a new path that was never considered.

This is a big step, let’s take it together!

I work with couples and individuals ages 5 and up.
