Angela Phillips, MAS-MFT, LMFT

Hello and welcome!

Whether you’ve taken the courageous step to seek support for the first time or are continuing your journey of self-discovery, I want you to know that you’ve come to a safe and supportive space. I’m here to accompany you on your path toward healing and personal growth. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, unpack the complexities of your thoughts and emotions, and work towards finding solutions that resonate with your values and aspirations. I am here to create a sanctuary – a safe haven where vulnerability is welcomed, where stories are honored, and where healing can unfold organically.

I believe in the inherent strength and resilience within each individual, and my approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for your unique experiences and perspectives. Whether you’re grappling with anxiety, trauma, navigating relationships, or seeking deeper insight into your identity, I am here to offer guidance, support, and a nonjudgmental ear.

I am skilled in several evidence based therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, ACT, CBT, and DBT during the therapeutic process. I have experience working with children/teens, individuals, couples and first responders.

Therapy is an exploration of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way. Together, we’ll embark on this journey with courage, compassion, and a shared commitment to your well-being.

I work with couples and individuals of all ages.
I am an Arizona board approved Clinical Supervisor.
