First Responder Discounted Fees

We offer reduced self-pay options for first responders and veterans who are not eligible for employer-sponsored or third-party benefits. Our goal is to ensure care remains accessible, even when coverage is not available. Please reach out to discuss available options.

Many departments and organizations partner with our practice to provide their members with consistent, supported access to services at a contracted rate.

Some first responders may also have access to EAP or other employer-provided or externally funded benefits, and we’re happy to help you connect with available resources.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible when you need to cancel or reschedule.

For standard therapy appointments, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. For Monday appointments, we ask that you let us know by Friday.

For 2-hour appointments, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. For Monday appointments, this means notifying us by Thursday.

EMDR Intensives involve dedicated preparation and scheduling time. For these sessions, we ask for at least 2 weeks’ notice, defined as 10 business days, for any cancellations or reschedules. Intensives are charged in full at the time of booking.

Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimates

Typical therapy sessions range from $160 to $210, based on session type and therapist experience. We accept HSA or FSA payments for your convenience.

Since January 1, 2022, the “No Surprises Act” mandates transparency in out-of-network care costs. At client’s request, we provide a Good Faith Estimate to clarify therapy expenses, fostering collaboration between therapist and client on treatment duration and care. You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate detailing non-emergency service costs. Feel free to ask for an estimate before scheduling your session and keep a copy for your records.
