We Are Hiring

If our mission, vision, and values align for you, we would love to talk with you!

Our mission is to transform lives through EMDR therapy, fostering a safe and compassionate environment that goes beyond traditional therapy.

We envision a world where therapy is as common as meeting a friend for coffee, and mental health is openly embraced.

  • Dismantling mental health stigma by redefining the concept and making ‘counseling’ an everyday word.
  • Tailored support for first responders, understanding and respecting their unique challenges and culture.
  • Offering a workplace culture that is supportive, inclusive, and fosters collaboration and connection among colleagues.
  • Doing what we ask of our clients by actively participating in our own therapeutic work and personal growth.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction embodies empathy and care.
Currently we are seeking therapists who hold a valid and current AZ independent license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) and possess a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. We require all of our therapists to have EMDRIA basic training weekend 1 or higher, with additional training in trauma-informed modalities preferred. Experience working with first responders, children, adolescents, and/or couples is a plus.

We look for therapists who are passionate about healing trauma and guiding clients through challenging life experiences. Our team culture is centered on supporting first responders and giving back both to them as well as to each other. Our therapists thrive in a collaborative team environment, value ongoing learning and professional development, and are dedicated to delivering top-quality care and service.

Working at ETC means joining a supportive team who connects regularly with weekly case consultations and quarterly team-building events. Enjoy flexible hybrid remote work options and access to clinical supervision if needed, along with opportunities for EMDR Certification consultation and professional development support. You’ll work with HIPAA-compliant software (SimplePractice EHR), Microsoft Office Suite, and have access to a library of shared resources. Work in a beautiful professionally designed office with amenities like snacks, coffee and tea. Additionally, benefit from networking opportunities and marketing support, including business cards, company swag, and website and social media features.
