Who We Serve

At ETC, our clinicians work with individuals, couples, children, and families who are navigating stress, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions.

Many of the people who come to our practice are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they cannot seem to change, or impacted by past experiences that continue to affect their daily lives. Some clients are seeking support after a difficult event. Others are looking for deeper personal growth, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of stability and clarity.

Our clinicians regularly support clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, emotional reactivity, and relationship conflict, as well as those who want to better understand themselves and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

In addition to our general therapy services, ETC also provides specialized support for first responders and their families, as well as individuals working in high stress, emotionally demanding professions.

All clinicians at ETC use EMDR therapy as a foundational framework for helping clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and move toward healthier and more connected lives.

Therapist Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
• Active AZ license: LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, or LMFT
• EMDR Basic Trained (Weekend 1 & 2 minimum)
• Experience with trauma and/or first responders preferred
• Must be self-motivated and willing to collaborate on brand building and outreach
• ETC will assist with marketing efforts, but candidates must be comfortable with visibility and cultivating professional presence
• Experience with high-achieving clients, first responders, or co-managing care with EMDR clinicians is a plus

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Qualifications

• Active AZ license and board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Experience with trauma-informed care and psychotropic medication management
• Must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and willing to collaborate on brand building and outreach
• ETC will assist with marketing efforts, but candidates must be comfortable with visibility and cultivating professional presence
• Experience with high-achieving clients, first responders, or co-managing care with EMDR clinicians is a plus
