Jenelle Arce, Client Coordinator

Hello!

My name is Jenelle, and I am part of the Client Care team here at EMDR Transformations Counseling. I am passionate about creating a supportive and welcoming experience for every client who reaches out to our practice. Whether I am helping with scheduling appointments, answering questions, coordinating communication, or assisting clients throughout their journey, my goal is to ensure that each person feels heard, valued, and cared for from their very first interaction with our team.

With several years of experience in healthcare administration and client support, I have developed a strong appreciation for compassionate communication, attention to detail, and building trusting relationships. I understand that seeking support can feel overwhelming at times, and I strive to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s exploring nature, going for walks, or simply appreciating fresh air. I also love spending quality time with my family and friends and am always looking for opportunities to learn and grow both personally and professionally. I believe that kindness, empathy, and genuine human connection can make a meaningful difference, and I am honored to be part of a team dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive.
