• A Seasoned EMDR Therapist (Part-time or Full-time, with potential to grow)
• A Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with interest in trauma-informed integrative care (Part-time to start, with potential to grow)

Who We Serve

At ETC, we specialize in EMDR-based care for high-achieving women who are exhausted from trying to hold it all together.
Our clients are often the ones everyone turns to — the capable ones, the perfectionists, the caregivers — yet behind the scenes, they feel anxious, emotionally drained, and disconnected from themselves.

We help women who:

• Struggle with people-pleasing, boundary-setting, or relationship conflict
• Experience stress-related symptoms like anxiety, poor sleep, or gut issues
• Appear successful, but quietly battle self-doubt, burnout, or emotional reactivity
• Want to understand their patterns, heal old wounds, and show up more grounded and confident in every part of life

We also offer specialized support for first responders and their families, and those working in high-stress, emotionally demanding professions.
Our mission is to help clients move from survival mode to deep, sustainable healing — so they can feel calm, connected, and fully themselves again.

 

Now Hiring: Client Outreach & Referral Specialist (Commission-Based)

Part-time, 1099 – Flexible Hours 

EMDR Transformations Counseling (ETC) is seeking a relationship-driven, resourceful individual to support our growing trauma-informed therapy practice in the East Valley. This is a unique opportunity to help close the gap between prospective clients and life-changing care — and earn commission for every successful connection you make. 

What You’ll Do:

Client Conversion Support (Phones) 

• Follow up with missed calls, voicemails, or inquiry forms from potential clients
• Answer inbound calls (during flexible hours you define)
• Explain ETC’s services and help guide prospective clients to schedule their first appointment
• Earn commission on every inquiry that successfully books and attends their first session

Community Outreach & Marketing 

• Support ETC’s visibility by helping us build partnerships with local businesses, wellness programs, first responder agencies, and corporate wellness teams
• Help identify and nurture new outreach opportunities (mental health talks, referral partnerships, etc.)
• Earn commission on any converted outreach that becomes a formal partnership or results in booked client referrals

Ideal Fit: 

• Friendly, confident communicator — comfortable on the phone and great at follow-up
• Passionate about mental health and connecting people to care
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently and earning commission
• Prior experience in sales, outreach, or wellness/healthcare a bonus (but not required)
• Must be organized and reliable — able to follow through and track inquiries
• Tech-savvy enough to navigate scheduling platforms (training provided)

Compensation: 

• Commission-based pay only
• Commission per client conversion
• Commission per partnership or outreach conversion
• Flexible schedule (this is a part-time contractor role)
