Hello & Welcome!

As your therapist, I will work collaboratively with you to reach your desired goals. Through compassion, empowerment, and guidance toward personal mastery, I will help you develop positive self-regard and cultivate a more pleasant life for yourself. I have worked in the field for over 5 years; successfully helping clients break negative thought patterns, destructive behaviors, and address/change deep-seated concerns. Learning about yourself through therapeutic interventions such as EMDR and Sand Tray Therapy, can be interesting and lead to powerful revelations; with my guidance we can use that power to help work you toward a brighter future. I am passionate about working with individuals with trauma, anxiety, substance abuse issues, as well family disruption such as foster care and adoption.
